I second the motion; never seen a Thorsen ratchet like this.  I suspect it's Herbrand.

Sorry people it is a Herbrand J9 speedwrench. I don't know where I got Thorsen from. I had never seen one before and decided I had to have it. The rest of the tools came with it. Seems a bit loose but works fine. I found one sold on EBAY at $197.50 plus shipping. Are they really that desirable?
And no its not for sale.

YES!, The craftsman ones go for crazy money also...
Just a weathered light rust/WD40 mix patina.
