Farm or Auto tool ?

I thought this might be a lug wrench when I got it , but has smaller sizes.
5/8,11/16,13/16, and 15/16".
The end swivels whan you pull back on the handle. One size is well used.
Any ideas?

Actually that is a lug wrench of a sort.  This is for the small bolts on the clincher style rims, where the wheel stayed on the car, and the rim came off for tire repair.  Most likely used by a shop, gas station, rather than carried in the car.  Have one.  Probably 1920s-30s.  Neat tool.

I have one that looks just like this one.  Mine is marked Blackhawk,  4 in 1 Rim Wrench 5104

Thanks for the input.It's a little rusty and I can't find a maker mark anywhere.
Surprised that they are that common ,that two more are known. I guess just because I never saw one , doesn't make it rare.
I'll research the Blackhawk number and pass it on to the new owner.Someone decided
he needed it, and I just picked it up as a curiosty.
I have a couple of other spinner lug wrenhs , but they are one size sockets.

I'm noticing on eBay that "old farm tool" is getting tacked on to anything over 25 years old that's made to do actual work.

I see there is one on Ebay for $79.00, I sold for 1/4 to a nice guy.
Now I can go buy something else to show you guys.
