Looked all over the net and cannot find anything similar to it.

What is the name???? *****MLINE??? Looks like a mix of old and new - cable and yellow sleeve looks newer than the brass ends.... how is the cable fitted to the ends??? Crimped, plugs, soldered??

Shop made test probe of some sort, possibly for a ground resistance tester.

It's made up of 2 reducing couplings soldered to a copper tube and some brass rod.
Timing has a lot to do with the outcome of a rain dance!
