Sounds fun! I love old tractors....until it comes to electrical. My 1950 Oliver 77RC has been sitting in the front yard waiting for someone to make it a new wiring harness for quite a while now.

Mr. Mac, go to yesterdays tractors and ask for a wireing  diagram for your tractor , there will be someone that can help you . there is not a whole lot of wireing on the early farm tractors. Most of them take a hd cable to the starter and a secondary wire to the switch   to run
