The middle alligator looks unusual to me. Anybody recognize it?

Interesting, have not seen one like it.

It appears to say "Armstrong Chicago", and the flat end would hint at a tire tool....

I have not seen that one either, and I have a "few" alligator wrenches.

Anyone here intending to bid? I put them on my watch list and if no one else is interested, I'll bid later.
