Can't tell for sure from the pictures but they look like they are for vinyl siding.

Have not seen one like that, but thinking duct work perforating tool (to make the ridges that lock the pieces together....

(The stop piece is different..)


Edit: Hadn't thought of vinyl notching tools, however, they seem to be deeper....

Unless they're making ducts from way thinner metal than when I bent tin for a while, these are way too flimsy for that.

Thanks . I had no clue . I don't think I'll be doing any vinyl siding work , so it's into the

Neals is absolutely right. This appears to be a Malco SL5 Snap Lock Punch (or a clever facsimile). And I quote from Malco's description: "Makes tabs in the cut edge of siding panel used as a finishing course at top of wall or below window. Tabs lock into utility trim."
