different monkey wrench

I was shown this wrench the other day the person wanted to sell it to me for $15. looked kind of early looking the head and adjuster and then an extra open end at the base,


any one know any thing about it?

Looks a little bit like the old English adjustables with the addition at the end of the handle. For $15 it would have been mine.
