I had to approach quite a few people but finally found the right woman, I was told by various middle eastern s that it was an old dialect, one guy and gal said Urdu, another said southern India, others said other places they all could read a little and their answers corresponded but none could read it all until but we ran across some young woman from Napoli (? ) You will have to excuse my spelling, I am only guessing on alot of this.
She said Napoli was Southern, between India and China if that makes sense, she was from there.
The top symbol is called a Shree ( ? ) it is meant as some sort of a sign of respect or god, sorta like Mister or Sir or Maddam but not quite, that as close as we could get with her.
Diectly below that it reads from Right to left, I found it interesting that our 9s are their 1s. Anyway left to right reads 9 4 / 4 /11/ and then I could not even begin to pronounce or spell the word but it reads Start from that day or that number, I do not know and she did not know if that meant serial number. So again Right to left as they read it Start from that day 94/4/11.
To the left and almost center is Carvini, ( ? ) they all agreed on that. It means car factory or car dealer.
Just opposite of that is Hazidi ( ? ) It means being in the present. I have no idea what was meant by that.
Lower left corner is a mans signature but she could not quite make out the name.
Very interesting in my opinion, I have never met an un-friendly middle eastern regardless of the bad rap they get cause of a few.
