Couple Oddball Wrenches
« on: May 09, 2013, 04:01:32 PM »
These Came From a Old Machine Shop that Had a Ton of Whitworth Snap On Wrenches and Others I Just Brought Home!

Out of all these Ones Caught My Eye...It Looks like the Guy Had alot of "British Car" Wrenches But I Cant Figure Out What These are too...The Set of 3 Look to Be Peugeot Brand But Cant Find these same Wrenches!

First One is a 14mm 17mm Wrench Marked "7058190 - Diamond R Logo - VVA 04

Second is a Set of French Wrenches That Looks to Say Peugeot - Surpans Vana-lion

Please Look Over the Photos and Let Me Know What you Think!

They do look like Geugeot, but they are definitely Peugeot.

Just a reminder -- Peugeot was a major manufacturer of hand tools in France.   I have wooden planes with Peugeot blades, and chisels as well.   Viet-Namese carpenters considered Peugeot edged tools to be the best available.  The two lions are the most familiar symbol for the company, but I have one marked with an elephant, and another marked with a squirrel.
