Looks alot like the Williams "Ratcho" open end wrenches over at AA.

And the idea sparked the Craftsman "Snake Bite" ratcheting open end wrench in the late 90's?

Thanks for the info Bonneyman. I was unaware of the Williams Ratco. They definitely predate the Simplex Ratchet wrench which have patent dates of 1924 & 1927. Here is the link to the AA info on the Simplex Ratchet Wrench. I also have a Blue Point Supreme RS-1618 which is a 1/2 & 9/16 with a 1949 date stamp.
