Bought this off a little old lady at a flea market and it was totally crusty. Should of taken before and after pics, but it has a logo that's not on AA (unless I missed it, again). It sure is an interesting looking wrench though, both sides with different designs. Anyone recognize this logo?

Found it! That cutout by the OE's looks like those on the NDF New Britian wrenches. And the little forged logo looks to be a match, too.

I have this thing that, when I look at something, it might just hit me a certain way. And it then sticks in my memory.
I was just surfing thru AA one day, and came upon these OE's with the funny hollowed out shape near the end. That image just stuck. And the letters NDF.
When I saw your wrench, that little memory fired. And I found it in about 2 minutes on AA. Was kinda pleased with myself the rest of the day knowing I solved a little tool "mystery" before anyone else did. lol

Hey, that is familiar.  Looks like it may take some doing to find the New Britain on that center panel.  These were made from about 46-52.
