This is a 10"  S  adjustable by Erie tool works.
My question is --Does Rolly 903 Represent a Model , or is an Owners mark.
Seems like a nice quality wrench with a good feel to it.
Thanks for any help.
Of all the things I've lost , I miss my mind the most

Almost certain that is an owner's mark.
