Offered here is a Billings and Spencer Type E bicycle wrench.  According to Alloy Artifacts, the logo style dates it to the period 1911-1926.  6-3/4" closed; opens to 8".  The slide has got little fractional measurements stamped into it  As you can see, there's some to quite a bit of surface rust, and a previous owner stamped the number 8 on both the handle and the moving jaw, but I think it will clean up nicely.  It operates smoothly, and the jaws toe in slightly toward the tip when it closes up, indicating that it hasn't suffered from the dreaded splay that can afflict this wrench type.

I'm asking $20, or best offer, plus shipping.  Best shipping, I think, is priority mail, at $5.60.  I prefer payment by check or money order, and will ship on receipt of payment.  If you prefer PayPal, I ask that you pay the fees.
