Found this Bullard No. 1 a couple weeks ago.  Just getting around to posting a picture.

It was the first I had seen also.  I understand that this is the small one.  I think maybe 3 more sizes??

Bullard no. 0 is approx. 6 inch;  no. 1 is about 9.5 inch; no. 2 is 12.5 inch;  no. 3 just shy of 15 inch and no. 4 about 20 inch.   The larger sizes are scarcer by far.
