I found the handle to be rather unique. Does anyone have any info on them? I know there not an old wrench but they did come in a box of tools.

Charles Garrett

They appear to be toenail cutters

I was thinking the same as Charles Garrett.  toe nail clipper.

if you reversed the top photo, it would help. (turn thetool over)

Toenail clippers Nola, expensive ones based on the spring.

I wouldn't have expected you to know cause I know you cut yours with a cutting torch.

Or a 4 Inch grinder!

Nola's a good sized young buck, he can use a 9 incher, or even a 6" cup.  You give a kid his size a barstool he can grind toenails on a bench grinder.

Your all wrong guys. I prefer to just take a plasma cutter a buzz em off. Also for caluses I found a plasma cutter with a gouging torch work well.

Long as you remember to never use an older machine with high freq starting you'll be fine.  You catch that high freq on your toenails it'll crossthread your nuts for sure.

Nola's got the seeds of a weldor in him, might amount to something if he don't get sidetracked by drink, wimmen or aps on a smart phone.

Those look like jewelers metal shears.

I think if that cutting face is only 1/2" - 3/4" long they may be nail cutters, otherwise shears.
