Didn't see this logo on AA.
All it has on it is 3809 W in a circle logo and usa inside the handle.

A tool used by a employee of the WESTINGHOUSE Corp. ? Used, not made. Like all the Ma Bell marked tools. A shot in the dark ?

Logo looks like them but all I found was chain pliers so far.
