From a nearby garage sale.  There was quite a lot of interesting tools but I had a low spending limit today - these cost $8.00.

Your yellow handle tool is for GM/Delco distributors, to service the points and condenser.
It fits the insulated block on the side of the distributer.
40's /50's I believe. Going by memory.

lostmind is correct on the aftermarket tool for servicing Delco Remy distributors. I have several stashed from my days of working  on pre 1963 Chevy 6 cylinder engines. Hence my name EvilDr235. A lot of people damaged the distributors because they didn't have the proper tool to do the job and tried to blame the car maker for their mistake.
