Quite the interesting multi-tool! Pretty sure it is not a Ford tool, though.

Your correct Papaw, definitely too early for a Ford wrench. It's George J. Capewell's May 16, 1871 patented combination tool. It's missing the screwdriver bit in the end of one handle.
