I found an interesting pair of pliers...
It is marked Dunlap on one side, and has Vlchek's mark on the other...
Just a weathered light rust/WD40 mix patina.

Interesting indeed.

Vlchek was a manufacturer of Craftsman tools, so I guess it's not much of a surprise they did some Dunlap too...
