Hudson & Thurber was an agricultural equipment mfg Co. Would have to assume that wrench came with a particular piece of equipment.
Here's the history on Hudsonhttp://www.hdhudson.com/website/documents/about-us/hd-hudson-history.pdf

Wm. M. cissell mfg Co manufactured laundry equipment, Irons, steam boards, driers, and the like.

Hope this helps
A person who could really read human minds would be privileged to gaze on some correct imitations of chaos.

Bird, check your link to Alloy Artifacts.  It should be either alloy-artifacts.org or alloy-artifacts.com.  Both work.
