Unusual shape, can't make out the name or logo

It is an IHC wrench.  I cannot remember the number, but I am sure someone on here will be able to do it.

If the openings are 3/8 & 1/2 it  possibly  is 1325 E A  although most occurrences of  that in Gil Irps' I.H.C. book show an "S" wrench in parts lists.  1326 E A is 3/8 x 7/16.
