Oxwall tool rack - from the "bucket o' tools"

Sorting the last of the stuff from that bucket of tools I bought a few weeks ago I found that this little wall rack is stamped OXWALL.  I know some folks like to collect Oxwall stuff.  You can have it for postage cost.  What was this used for?

I gave the guy $7 for the bucket o' tools.  I sold one item from the lot - a Pexto wrench - and made more than my money back, and there's more items that should sellable.  I salvaged quite a few useful items - a nice metal box, 9 inch auto wr, Snap-on brkr bar, Vaco screwdriver, and several good sockets.

That wall bracket looks like it was made to hang screwdrivers or nutdrivers.
