Picked up this plane recently for $5.00 at an auction.  Came with the wood box and one complete set of blades plus some extras.  Picture as it came, has not been cleaned as yet.

Northwoods

I have a $4 story on a 45 from about three weeks ago (grabbed by the guy one step ahead of me) but it was nowhere as complete as this one.
Well played!
The ORIGINAL Northwoods.

Here are the others I picked up at the same auction for $5.00 each.  From left to right.  Stanley #5 14", Sargent #3424 24", Sargent #418 18", Stanley #7 22", Stanley Bedrock #607 22" and another Stanley #5 with corrugated bottom.  I had choice at $5.00 and nobody else bid.  I almost crapped my pants when I realized I was the only bidder.

I can't imagine that ever happening around here.

six planes selling with choice pick, someone may have thought that you would only take 1 or 2 and they would grab the rest.

BACKFIRED.
