Picked up a T&L Co. 12" S adjustable and am finding no info on it, anyone have a clue?

Widest part of the head is 1" thick.

I like their solution for the grip.  The bar in the middle prevents misshapen or crushed grips.
You might say I have a tool collecting problem....
