Always looking for what interests me, anything early Dodge Brothers/Graham Brothers trucks ( pre 1932 or so ) and slant six / Super six parts.

I downloaded it just see what it was. I can't open it because it is a .BiBTeX file. I don't have anything that will read it.  Maybe the googlebooks home page could help.

You can't read it on google, and you can't download it. It isn't one of the 'free' books, you can only search it. The BibTex thing is a citation, there is no book in it, just a bibliographic reference. (EG Some book name, by Some author Published By some company, Page blah blah etc)

Just to be clear Rusty, you say I can search it??? You say I cant read it though.

Correct, sort of, searching in google books will include that book, but all it will tell you is that what you searched for is in it somewhere.
It is really all about copyright, some of the things that are in GB are out of copyright, so can be published on the web, other things are still in copyright and can not. Where it gets weird is when you have something that should be old enough to be out of copyright but which was scanned from a reproduction of the original, the reproduction holds a new copyright.....
So, sometimes google has things that should be in the public domain, but aren't : (

So let me ask whats the point, if you cant see any of it than what would be the point of saying they have it?

You can search books, and if you find the book that has the info you seek, then you can try to find that book for sale or posted online in a format that you can copy from.
