It is stamped on both sides 3692998 Erector Link Wrench. 39.5" long, 10" wide, 5" jaw opening, 1" thick and weighs approximately 11 pounds.

I really am hoping some of you all can help me on this. Where it might of been manufactured, use, year, and anything else.  I basically found it at an estate sale by Pismo Beach, CA on a vast property that had a multitude of buildings and trash.  The sellers didn't know anything about the history of it.

I didn't find anything on this wrench at all.

I wouldn't call it a spud wrench because of the blunt end and hang hole.

Thanks for trying to check.  I also checked and hit all dead ends. So hopefully someone on this site will know something.

Probably for working on a steel erector.

Probably NOT for Erector Sets, unless they were manufacturing them in sizes of which I was not aware.

seen a wrench some time back can't remember the sizes but it was big and heavy found out it was an oil field wrench

It's odd that something this size doesn't have some kind of manufacturer mark on it.

I am curious to see the 5" bolt head or 5" nut head.  Can't seem to find one of those on the internet.

If it was manufactured, I would guess OTC. Their adjustables have a similar shape to them.

A  4" I.D. Nut, 4" tall, 6" wrench required, suppose be for some kind of anchor bolt application, or bridge,tunnel etc.  just over 20 lbs.
