Papaw, howcum the photos are limited to 250k bytes each?  I understand the 800k overall limit, but why can't we post one 800k photo?

if you download the free program Irfanview, you can open your 800kb picture and resave it with a new size designation of 250kb or less without losing much detail. It's a few extra steps, but it works.
