Battery Pliers/Branding Iron.  This would have been great in a Three Stooges film.

Wow!  Very exciting tool to use.  If you move fast you could probably get the battery moved before the handle heated up.

Maybe the ends are insulated. They are certainly marked positive and negative for a reason.
