From what little I could find they seemed to be a distributor or supply house.  The wrench is thin about 8" long with a 3" opening on the large end and a 1" on the other. 

Pg. 30, March 2014 MVWC  Newsletter showed one in original box which indicated it was for Chevrolet hub cap & water pump nut. -- figure out which model Chevrolet had a 3 inch octagon hub cap & you've got the wrench for it.
