This question isn't really about tools but it's about vehicles and something old.

I have an old vehicle type key ring I found many years ago.

On the front it says: Reliable Battery Co - Standard Electric Co Inc
Back has: 1918 - 1968 - 50 Years Of Progress

Anyone hear of the Reliable Battery Company? I tried searching and didn't find anything.
Pictures below.

Thanks

google;

482 F 2d 1307  Westric Battery Co.  v   Standard Electric Co. Inc.

Westric was based in Colorado

  Standard Electric Co. Inc.  was based in Texas,  they owned Reliable Battery Co.

  Westric was building batteries using plates bought from Standard Electric.

   the plates go inside of the batteries.

Westric battery,  wonder if there is any connection to Western Auto which was based in Denver?   I have a 1920 catalog of theirs and they show everything automotive one can imagine.

Hi John. In your catalog does it have the Reliable brand battery?
