Yes, I am, but it seems I will have to do something before Dec 31.

I can set up a gallery with Godaddy, one that I started a year ago but didn't follow through on.

I remember along time ago that some one said computers were supposed to simplify your life.

So much for that.
A person who could really read human minds would be privileged to gaze on some correct imitations of chaos.

I'm looking for a solution also.  I don't trust that any free services will remain stable or free.

Might end setting up my own domain / storage.

I have been trying postimage.org.   It's free,  virtually unlimited storage, and it's designed just for posting images on forums.  Easy sign up, fast loading - if you have already resized images to forum posting size, but it does allow you to select a size.

It is not trying to be a photography site, viral image site or anything but a site for quick 3rd party hosting.  It is very basic - you make an album and upload photos into it.  There's no slideshow or other options.  No one can look you up or "follow" you unless you provide the link.

They do want you to link back to postimage.  There are 3 ways to do that 1) post a link along with your photo 2) post your image as a thumbnail - when clicked on it opens on postimage site 3) use the Hotlink - it's your full size image but if clicked on it will direct to postimage start page.  The Hotlink seems to be the best option - it will link back, satisfying the terms but also give you a full size image in your post.

Posting the hotlink is very easy...bring up your image on postimage and hit the share button.  Click on the blue button to the right of the Hotlink.  Paste it into your post.  You do not have use the ToolTalk image button - it will go directly to your post.  Simple.

I think it will work for my purposes although I am still testing it.  See samples of 1),2),and3) below.
