I saw that somewhere recently. Cool, but some younger folks won't get it.

Hello, Papaw. Do you mean they weren't paying attention, or that Roman Numerals are no longer taught in the schools? Regards, Lou

I would seriously believe the latter.
A person who could really read human minds would be privileged to gaze on some correct imitations of chaos.

Our 9 year old grandson was over.  he asked what time it was.  Grandma says  "There's a clock right there".  Our clock has Roman numerals.  He says "I can't read Spanish".

If it wasn't for the comments below I wouldn't of figured it out. I know it's pretty sad....
And I'm proud to be an American,
where at least I know I'm free.
And I won't forget the men who died,
who gave that right to me.

Bill Houghton Yes that would be the normal process for roman numerals conversion. I just checked it on a roman numeral converter on Google and 443 is correct. How else would You do it?? :)
