Second thing is a Pexto seamer / groover for metal

I have a hunch the first one maybe for reloading or a related function. Webster Mables was credited with inventing the hunting knife. The company he founded went on to make many more outdoor products. Probably his best known invention was the safety axe/hatchet.

I don't know who Barth was...yet.
