I don't see a lot of tools I want to buy at estate sales, and they often have high prices, but this one was a little different. I stopped there yesterday and looked at tool boxes and a parts washer. The J C Penny box that was for sale  had some Indestro sockets in it, but the price was too high.
Came back this afternoon and talked him down on the box ( He said it is "vintage" and worth a lot of $! ). I didn't mention the Indestro hex sockets and 1/2" drive Indestro sockets were worth more than the box.
As for the parts washer, it was a Northern Tool 20 gallon model that yesterday he wanted $200 for. Today it was $100 and the same price as the same Chinese washer at Harbor Freight and Northern Tool. Offered $70 to see what they would say and they wouldn't come down so it stayed there.
Indestro 1/2" drive sockets- 1/2 to 1" with a 13/16" spark plug socket and a 5" extension.

I like the bent tip needlenose pliers.  What brand are they?  Those are extremely handy in certain situations.

Papaw

No brand on them. The tips are bent a little bit.

The Cheney hammer is marked Cheney Tool *** Little Falls N. Y.

6 Inch slip joint pliers with screwdriver end and 6 inch dikes with unusual grooves on the jaws and a slot in the cutting edges. Neither have makers marks.

The grooves in the side cutters are probably for stripping the insulation.

The makers mark on the dikes would be on the other side.  I have seen Bell System ones with the stripping grooves.  Sometimes there is the Utica triangles logo on the inside of the handles.
