I would like to find a 12 incher to complete this display board.

I've never ever seen that brand with the lock spring AND graduations for setting the jaws to. 

I have a Walmart special I bought years back that has graduations like that.  Funny thing, I still have it and use it often. :embarrassed:

Used one on a job one time.   Only Crescent I have seen with the lock.  Looks of the board, would place it in the 40s or 50s.

I remember a Crescent brand crescent wrench with the lock built into the screw.  Pushed on the end of the pin that holds the screw in, to lock the screw in place. (did I make sense what I wrote?)

I had one like that that was stamped "Craftsman". It actually worked quite well.
