This alligator wrench No. 2 has no name on it, but does have this trademark of a roof over a Y with a foot.  See picture, keep looking at it and you will see what I'm talking about.

Try Woodings Verona  and turn it over, you have it upside down.

Many thanks pawpaw, I have many wrenches, but that is my first Woodings Verona Tool Co. wrench.  Even right-side up I never would have figured it out.  Looked at their catalog on line, they were a very large company.
