Korean made pliers

I dug up this set of 6" slip joint pliers and just don't see a lot of Korean made tools.
Marked KOREA S S on one side and 80 , 84, and 4651 on the other. Also as KOREA on the inside of each handle . Rusty, but still functional.

I wonder how old they are ?

I have been seeing a few tools from Russia this past year. I have also seen and bought some Urrea tools from Mexico. Urrea tools use to be Protomex related to Proto until Mr. Urrea bought Protomex and changed the name. Them seem like very good tools.
