Some S&K tools were made in France. Maybe the C-man tools were made in France to sell in Canada ? What size format were they in ?

The French made Craftsman tools that I own are the "L" shaped angle socket wrenches and the cable operated hose clamp pliers.

The angle socket wrenches were made by Facom and were sold at the same time that SK was making the Craftsman Professional combination wrenches (early to mid 1990s). SK was part of Facom at that time, so there is the connection.

The cable operated hose clamp pliers were provided through Mayhew. Mayhew distributed french made cable hose clamp pliers to many U.S. tool sellers when the Mubea type spring band clamps became commonplace.
