I have no idea what this is for but it's a neat piece. I'd appreciate any information. Also may put it up for sale so any idea of value? Other than IHC the only marking is U50.

Rathbone lists 2 as sold for $5.00 and $12.50 back when tools were valuable.

It's apparently listed in Rathbone along with the other half (U51) - which you're apparently missing - as R1-255. Here's a picture from The Wrenching News:

It's used in the McCormick-Deering seeding drills.

The first clue for me was IHC- International Harvester Company. Probably a machine specific tool

That wrench was for a seeder/planter.the hook on the end was for opening burlap sacks.

Ahh! , I always wondered why some farm wrenches had that odd little hook thinggy...

U50 & U51 were IHC cream separator  wrenches.
