I picked these Blackhawk extensions and universal at an estate sale today. I thought they were 3/8" drive , but when I got home my Williams 3/8" universal was a sloppy fit. They are a 7/16" drive. The one extension even has a rotating handle.  They all have the push button to release to lock and release the socket. How rare are these ?

I also have never seen a 7/16 drive in person. Have come across a lot of 9/32 drive tools and one Proto  5/8 drive impact socket. I wonder what other countries have had oddball drive tool sizes.

Didn't those torpedo shaped tool boxes that Blackhawk sold come with 7/16 drive tools?

Those boxes came with some sets and were available separately. There was also a similar box made by Blackhawk that had a port-a-power or something in it.
All my taste is in my tools.

Years ago I worked with a guy that had one of those porta/power tools on the rocket looking tool boxes. larry has been gone now for about 5 years.
