any ideas on what the nesting brass/bronze cups would be for,no clue on the needle like tools?,,and unmarked wing-nut grabber...??,,.,TIA

The knurled collar looks like Goodell-Pratt - if so, you should find their name on the smooth part at the "top" - the wing nut end.  There are Goodell-Pratt catalogs online; just search on "Goodell-Pratt catalog" and wade through the irrelevant Pinterest posts and suchlike.

If the needle-like things were fluted - probably straight flutes if they were - I'd suggest drill points (old phrase for the straight-fluted drill bits used in eggbeater drills).  But they don't appear to be, so I'm stumped.

No clue on the other two.

I'm pretty sure that the brass cups are scale weights. Also one of them looks like it has "oz" on the rim.

wing nut thing is a type of cleco, holds two pcs of sheet metal together (overlapped and hole drilled)

didnt realize the wood tube was marked,looks like ? drill co.,maybe from mass.,also says wire gauge?

10-4 My dad used a similar looking tool when building his full-size glider.
