Fourth over from the bottom right - brown handle, short oval smooth shaft - is probably a scraper burnisher.

I believe that is most likely correct.   I have a similar one which has rounded edges and a curved "blade".

Straight up burnisher.  Jewelers use those all the time.  Also come with agate ends.  Burnishers have a lot of uses, but one of the most common uses is to smooth metal over the edges of cabochons. I use the agate one for keum bo. Basically you heat up silver and burnish a very thin piece of gold onto the silver. After being fused together and burnished the join is permanent.
