Hello, One of the guys brought this in to me at work today. I saw a little bit of a stamping, so I took them home and cleaned them up. W M Schollhorn U S. That is all I know . Military use?? Thanks, Lou

I don't have a clue on the brand or age but they look like early electricians pliers, with cutter and crimper, screw driver, and ? is one of the holes in the handle threaded? If threaded they are elect. pliers for sure and the small holes are for cutting machine screws used in junction boxes and such. Very cool piece there. ;-)

Dynamite pliers.  The round pointed end is for making hole for blasting caps. 
You might say I have a tool collecting problem....
