I have no idea what this is, no markings.  Purchased at an auction in northwest Missouri.  It does have a tag the seller put on it.  Says Roof Cleaning Hammer, John Coe 1995.  The John Coe 1995 maybe who he bought it from.  From blade edge straight across to blade edge is 10 inch.   Blades are about 4 inch long.  One is 1 1/2 inch wide the other is 2 1/2 inch.  Handle is about 10 inch.  Weight is 3lb 4 oz.    No markings on or under the blades.

Tag is correct, it is a Hand Spudder, most likely used for built-up/hot roofs. Regards, Lou
