Hey guys, Thanks for the replies, and the cooking tips!! . I don't think this is a food grade device!! Anything less viscous than grease, or, a heavyweight oil, would seep past the leather seal on the plunger. I'm guessing that a food grade device would be made from Stainless Steel, ( this one is brass with chrome plating ), and would have Neoprene Seals.
