I bought the tool lot for $15 and the drill bit and screwdriver lot for $5.  Most of the bits are American made.  A little soak in rilust remover and they are ready to fill in spots in my drill index sets.

In the first photo, what is that next to the garden shears in the upper left corner?

Looks like a telescoping magnetic pickup.

We have a winner.  One of larger ones I've seen.

Hello, Yadda. Nice finds, once again. What do you think the pickup/weight capacity is of that magnetic tool?

I think it is an 8 pound magnet with a light.  More soon.

May have started out like this one.
battery is also now a collectable.
32" extended   8" retracted

Those bench pucks are also extremely handy.

27 inches extended.  It has a light, but no battery.  No idea if the light works.

You can go to your local Radio Shack & pick up a new type N alkaline.  Mine still works, although slightly yellow.  I've always taken the battery out when not using it to avoid the corrosion.  Battery is actually readily available.
