Hi. I was using this Craftsman staplegun today and used up all the 3/8" staples.  I finished the job but would like to get some more staples.  I'm having trouble finding staples - the part number of the gun and the part number of the staples aren't helping me.  I'm not getting results that I can trust from my online searches.

It's an older Craftsman staplegun, the black one with the red vinyl coated lever that you pull up to handle (not push down).  It works really well. I've identified the gun as part number 9KT6847.  I believe the staples I was using were Sears 2 74403,  3/8 long and 1/2 width.

Any advice on finding staples that will work?

Thanks
Al

Lou,  Any brands and box numbers may help.  Something I can look up or crossreference.  Thanks!

If they are on your "sell" list maybe I can come up with something(s) to trade.

lptools has me squared away.  He sent me a crossreference,  so I can now tell which Arrow staples fit the old Craftsman gun.  Thanks!
