Dakota Woodworker

Recently moved to North Dakota from Washington state where I had my own one man cabinet and remodel business for almost 30 years. I'm now building a new shop in a small town here in northeast ND. I have collected quite a few old tools over the years including some from my Great Grandfather who was also a woodworker. I'll post some photos once I get the old tool chest moved to the new shop. This site looks pretty cool so far!

Thanks everyone!

KXXR, We are in the little town of Cando North Dakota about fifty miles from the Canadian border. This is part of the prairie pothole region with a lot of sloughs that are all frozen now but will fill with migrating birds come spring. Looks like you are in Montana.  Where abouts?

I am back in the big city of Great Falls, but years ago I lived in the far eastern part of the state, in the tiny town of Fallon. I have driven across the whole state of ND a time or two, but did not foray much north or south of the interstate.
For a while I drove to Beach, ND every day for work. I went to Williston once for a Cenex 'oil' class. Never to Cando though.
