Thanks. The JB Weld was my friends idea. I wanted to mill the whole casting down, but this was way easier.

What on earth could you put through it that would gouge the table like that and not totally demolish the cutting heads?

Beats me- I bought it used like that. The blades weren't bad- I had them sharpened at a local lumberyard.
