It's a combination tool kit missing the pocket knife like handle the tools fit into.

Thanks Bus! It came from a time when companies gave away worthwhile gifts.

Here is one I saw with the handle.  It uses a spring loaded lock back, just like a good folder.  I figure the side mounting point was best for the drill, corkscrew and screwdriver bits.
